How do electronic cigarettes work?
There are 3 main components to a vaping device:
1. Battery2. Clearomizer or tank (the thing that holds the e-liquid). Usually a plastic or glass vial with a wick inside and a coil of resistance wire that heats up.3. The e-liquid
The battery sends a current through the coil of resistance wire (inside the clearomizer) which has been wrapped around a wick or cotton which is gently heated to evaporate and turn the saturated e-liquid to vapour.

Anybody aged over 21 years old who wishes to have a safer alternative to smoking traditional tobacco products. Some products contain nicotine.

How old do you have to be to buy a vape product?
We only sell to over 21.
Why do I have to verify my age?
As of August 8, 2016, the FDA has implemented the legal requirement that all online retailers in the vaping industry age verify. All customers are required to provide proof of legal age to ensure that no minors are receiving vape or vaping related products. While this might be a slight inconvenience, it is a measure to protect both the recipient and retailer and be in compliance with both state and federal regulations.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We currently use UPS for domestic. For international shipments please contact us.
I checked out with priority shipping, when will I receive my order?
Processing times vary based on order volume, item availability, and order number. Processing is not expedited via priority shipping. All orders are processed in the sequence in which they were received.
Help! I’ve made a mistake on my order.
Please remember to double-check your order before placing it with us as we are unable to alter anything from your order once it is placed. If you need to make a change prior to shipping, we will need to cancel the order and then you can place a new one with the correct item.
Do you have a physical location where we can pick up orders ourselves?
Wedelivervapes.com is an online retailer, we do not have any physical store locations.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is only for wholesale.
Can you customize any of the juices that you sell?
Currently We do not sell individual juices.

Are your products authentic?
We only sell authentic products that we purchased directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized distributor. We do not sell clones on our platform.
Order Cancellation and Alteration Policy
You may cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, as it could have already been processed and/or shipped. Currently, you cannot make other alterations to the order after it is placed. If you need to make any changes to your order, you will need to cancel and place the order again.
Is shipping included in the item price?
No, shipping charges are not included in item prices. Shipping is calculated during checkout.
My order was declined, why was I charged?
First, you’ll need to determine if the extra charge on your online credit card statement is a pending charge. A pending charge usually means that you submitted incomplete or inaccurate information when you submitted your order (declined transaction). Even if you received an error message for a declined order, your credit card company will still place a pending line item on your online statement. If you have determined that the extra charge is a pending charge, it will be cancelled by your bank in a few days. If it is not a pending charge, and has not been cancelled after a few days, please contact infoHannolladistributions@gmail.com.
Why was my card was declined?
The billing address did not match the billing information for the card. Please be sure to enter the billing information for that credit/debit card. You can enter a different shipping address.Your credit/debit card has security features that may require you to call them to tell them that you are making this purchase.We do not accept cards issued outside of the United States.You may have saved your payment method incorrectly. Try removing your saved payment method. Then checkout by reentering all of credit card information.
